We guide every home tour personally to keep an eye on things, but also to have a chance to tell the deep and wonderful stories that every seller wishes they could share. These aren’t just houses, these are homes!

We want people to feel welcome, hospitality is essential to creating an atmosphere. Often we will bring in fresh flowers, provide refreshments or help with staging. We’re anchored here, so we want every home to reflect the pride we all share for our hometowns.

Sometimes this means marketing to international buyers, sometimes it means having a landscaper trim the yard before a showing.
